Problem with Private Meetings being rescheduled.

I have a problem with a user who created a private meeting. This person's work ticket is as follows:

I scheduled a meeting for Person A, Person B, and Person C titled "Discuss Staffing Changes."  I marked it private and scheduled it for Tuesday, July 16, at 4pm, however I have rescheduled this meeting to be at 8:30am - 9am that same morning.  On my invite, it is still marked private, however it is not marked private on Person A's or Person B's calendar, but it is marked private on Person C's calendar.

I look at the calendar entries for all 3 users and yes, the meeting is private on only 2 out of the 4 persons calendar.


Has anyone come across this before? This has happened in the past as well, and I couldn't figure it out then.
