I cannot edit or reply of my newly created topics in this forum, tried using both IE9 and Firefox 9.0.2, Please Help.

Can you tell us more about what is preventing you from editing or replying?

Also, what operating system and version are you using?

With some others users, mostly using Chrome 25, we have found that clearing the browser cache resolves the issue with the rich text editor not appearing. That same step may help with your IE and Firefox browsers.
