You'll need to create a startup script
Satish,

While you can start the server manually by logging in as the Domino user, changing to the data directory, and launching the server executable, you'll want a proper startup script to do the job. You can then add it to whatever startup processing your system uses (e.g. /etc/init.d). Here's a good starting point.

too complicated

The Nash startup script has evolved into a monster, WAY WAY too complicated, there's like 8 to 10 different files to it all, all intricately bandaged together. It's like you're trying to launch a moon rocket now.

Unless you luck out first time, be prepared to spend days of pulling your hair out trying to get it to work.

Sometimes the KISS principle really is best.
