Notes 9 Insert Shortcut not working

Help!

 

I have been using the INSERT key shortcut to mark things read/unread for over 2 years and now it doesnt work anymore.  My insert key works just fine in MS Office but will not function within Lotus Notes.  Any help is much appreciated!

Hi Jon,

There haven't been any changes to the Insert shortcut functionality so there must be something else affecting it.

Have you changed keyboards recently or changed the key bindings in Windows?

Have you upgraded Notes recently or your Notes mail template?

Not sure what you mean by key bindings in windows....

How do I check?

 

What would make it work in all other applications (insert key) but not in LN?
