Double eMail in Traveler

We use the Traveler with about 140 user.

One of them has the problem that all email appears multiple times on the iPhone. (iPone 4S, iOS7) the mails are at least 2 times on the iPone, sometimes up to 7 times.

I've done the command tell traveler reset * username

And fixup, compact on the mailfile.

but this dos not help.

Any tipps? or similar problems ?
