Database tweak - based on StdR9Mail template

I am setting up a shared calendar database, based on Mat Newman's instructions here: http://www.matnewman.com/webs/personal/matblog.nsf/dx/shared-or-group-calendars-in-ibm-notes

I would like to tweak the database a bit to reduce the number of categories available when a user is choosing - to make it more idiot proof - so I would like to get rid of "Phone Calls", "Projects", and "Clients"

These appear to be hard coded in somewhere? They do not exist in any existing entries.

I have a bit of experience using Designer, but mostly year ago in earlier (like v4) versions, but I am no programmer.

Would this be difficult to do? I am not concerned about turning off "Inherit Design" if need be.

could be here
Open the mail template in Designer.  Forms - (Add Categories) and take a look at the Categories listbox

Perfect - I  had looked at that, but not so used to the design of newer databases, so I didn't see it right off.

Found and edited the listbox entries and it works great.
