I have a message stuck in one of my mail.box files.  I suspect one of our customers sent someone a calendar invite and it's trying to reply with his acceptance.  We route everything through Message Labs

fix for: 451 TLS/SSLv3 Connection required

IBM had me open the server document.  Ports, Internet Ports, Mail and change Mail (SMTP Outbound) Port 25 TCP/IP Port Status from Enabled to Negotiated SSL.

After doing that:

RESTART TASK SMTP

(... wait...)

RESTART TASK ROUTER

(... wait ...)

Mail was no longer stuck in the mail.box file.
