The Web Form that I am trying to fix a button renders in HTML 4.01. I am trying to replace a deprecated Modal Show Dialog datepicker button with Jquery or Bootstrap and it is not working.  Can the forms render as HTML 5 ?  I read there is an option for XPages to render as HTML 5 but we have no X Pages.

Any suggestions ?

After no replies on the forum in several days and some more investigation. It looks like it is possible to change the $$HTMLFrontMatter to <!doctype html> but it doesn't change the HTML that is automatically converted.  The next thing I want to know is if anyone uses jquery and bootstrap hard coded into Notes webforms with any success.

Thanks !
