Help not showing!

When I open designer and go to Help > Help Contents, it showing nothing like below:

When I go to Help > Search > All Topics (under Go To), it did show the index/list of contents of the Help like following:

However, when I click on any of the topics, nothing is showing. The only thing showing is some progress that it's trying to retrieve the content (in the progress bar) like following:

Any advice on how to fix this? Thanks.

Repair/reinstall

When you did the install, did you ask for the documentation to be installed? You may want to look around for help dbs or just do a re-install/repair.
