Dear Community,

A very strange issue has been raised by a few users whose ooo agent has not done its job.

A look inside the design of their database shows the figure "5" as icon (in the designer view Agents).

With mouse over this icon it is said that this agent will only work with Notes client version 5 or prior.

 

What looks absolutally strange is why such agent has not be replaced by the Designer task as the mail template has the correct version.

Nothing is set to prevent design refreh so I wander why this very old agent is still in place.

And more funny, it can be activated. It will run, without doing anything and without giving any error message.

I would like to audit my mailboxes in order to track any remainging prehistoric ooo agent.

But can I do this ?

Does anybody has already encountered such agents ?
