~Sven QuetvelupulakoiMay 6, 2015, 5:15 PM24 PostsPossible SPR and request additional informationThe problem may be associated with an open APAR / SPR: http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg1LO80622 - Exact version of Domino server? - Is the mail file based on 85x or 9x standard template or customized? - How is the Hyperlink URL created in the email? Is it entered manually / Copy-pasted OR inserted using Insert Link option in iNotes ? - Does the issue occur sending email with Hyperlink from Notes client, iNotes or external clients ? - If an iNotes user sends one of these messages containing links to himself/herself, are they clickable? - Are all the users affected with this issue or it is limited to certain users ? - Does the issue occur while sending (or receiving) email with Hyperlink to internal iNotes users OR users on the different server OR external users ?
~Mary PrehipilyettuMay 8, 2015, 9:24 AM30 PostsHyperlinks in iNotes Calendar entry descriptionContinuing Kristin's message with the problem, the hyperlinks don't work in iNotes calendar entry description. If you add a hyperlink in a calendar entry description, and try to check the calendar entry from iNotes, the links doesn't work. It's due to the fact that the entries are opened in Edit mode automatically. Any ideas/solutions here?
~Kim DesfoogenodenMay 13, 2015, 5:31 PM2 PostsReply-Domino server is on release 9.0.1FP3HF42. -Mail files are based on 9x. -The email is generaged by an outside program that is sending them. When the message is received in the client the hyperlinks are clickable. When the same message is viewed in iNotes the hyperlinks are not clickable. If the message is then forwarded either from the client or iNotes back to the user or to another Notes user the links become active in iNtoes. -I have tried on multiple users and they all have the same experance. -Have not noticed this issue with hyperlinks in email sent from Notes client or iNotes Does not happen on all incoming message with hyperlinks from accounts on yahoo that I have tested. The email it is happing on are from a program sending them via SMTP.
