~Dana FezboosiplopflarMay 25, 2013, 3:20 PM94 PostsI never saw this......and never heard for this error before. For me this is not a Notes issue. Use a not customized template, use a new user account on Mac OS, repair rights and so on and make a clean install of Notes client.

Make sure that the user you will try with does not have customized mail template. Also the template for that user should be based on mail9.ntf.
