no Blackberry 10 settings in Traveler??

One of the key new features of Traveler in Domino 9.0 is support for Blackberry 10 handhelds (and Windows Phones).

There is a choice of connecting Blackberry 10 handhelds directly to Traveler (without BES 10) or through BES 10.

In the "Device Defaults" document in the Traveler NSF database on the Preferences -> Security Settings tab there always were subtabs for Windows Mobile, Android, iOS and Nokia. Now with version 9.0 a new subtab was added for Windows Phone. But why not for Blackberry 10?

There will definitely be customers who choose not to implement BES 10 but to connect Blackberry 10 handhelds to Traveler directly, like iOS or Android phones.

The omission of a dedicated Blackberry 10 Security Settings subtab leads to the very odd situation that such customers now cannot enforce device encryption and device passwords for Blackberry 10 phones (like they can do for iOS and Android phones, for example).

Is this simply a bug or can someone please explain the rationale behind this strange omission?

i run traveler v9 on domino v9
there are security settings available for
- winmobile
- winphone
- nokia
- apple
- android
- blackberry
there was no settingstab for bb on traveler v8.5x
you may still have the old design.

Strange. But the "Windows Phone" subtab DID appear.

I did a "replace design" now and the "Blackberr" subtab now also appeared ...
