hello,

I read and move A LOT of emails per day using the IBM Notes 9.0.1FP7.

I would like to know if it's possible to have an specific button (on any toolbar ) to be used when i'm on the inbox panel, that would move the selected email to a specific folder without any other dialog box.

The folder name would be "ALL 2016".

I found this link with same requirement, but i don' t know how to execute it since my notes doesn't show the same menus and options.

Thanks !

What's different?
Everything is the same as described in the link you supplied.  Where are you getting stuck?

Do you want all incoming mail to go to the ALL 2016 folder?

Are you saying that you would like all incoming mail to arrive in the ALL 2016 folder? If so, this can be accomplished through a mail rule. However, if, after reading a mail, you would like it to go to the ALL 2016 folder, you can drag and drop it to the folder. No dialog box appears when you do drag and drop a message to a user-created folder.
