Appointment attendee is not notified by mail on rescheduled appointment

An appointment is created for 3 users and the appointment is accepted by all. After that the appointment is rescheduled but only 2 users are informed about the rescheduled appointment.

You can see in mail log that only 2 mails are sent. What might be the problem that one user did not get that notification?

The appointment is created  and rescheduled by someone who has access to the chairs mail file by access delegation.

Any idea?

Solution

One user rejected the appointment and didn't klick to be notified on updates... so it is correct not to be notified.

This shows that the logical explanation is usually the right one

Some users are frustrated that there is not a book of rules to consult that would cover the ins and outs of Notes meetings.
