Standardize Mail Format

Good Day All,

I need to specify a standard for internal and external mail on both SMTP and NRPC protocol,

Detail: I want all the messages either internal over smtp\NRPC or external in the same font color and size.

How can we utilize the MIME setting in messaging configuration document for this purpose?

I am not associated with the company but I have used his products and know him to build good stuff. Whatever Notes/Domino can do, he'll make it do what you want.
