RSS Feeds Reader in Notes client

When you create a feed in the RSS Feeds reader in the Notes client the date and time format of an item is not based on the configuration of the OS.

Here in the Netherlands we use to notate the date dd-mm-yyy and the time in 24 hrs format in stead of 12. It shows 11/16/2015 4:37 PM in stead of 16-11-2015 16:37.

Can we change this behaviour?

I found some CSS-files (like feeds.css, feedsThemes.css) in the program directory (like C:\Program Files (x86)\IBM\Notes\framework\shared\eclipse\plugins\com.ibm.xsp.theme.oneuiv302_9.0.1.20131004-1200\resources\web\oneui\css\base\components). Do I need to change these files (and how)?
