Hi !

we´re using Notes Traveler 9.0.1.14 and iPhone with iOS10.11

My question is:

If I want to answer an email via iPhone and the recipient was a group, I cannot select the option "Reply to all" just "Reply".

Is that normal ?

Maybe anyone can give me some information. :-)

Hello,

The option for reply to all would only appear if there is more than one email recipient address. The Apple mail app does not actually understand that the recipient address you have here is a group address, it just knows that there is a single email address so it is only going to give you the reply option.

The workaround would be to forward your reply to the person who you intend to respond to

If you want to reply to one person in the group, you have the option of forwarding the message to the person who is to receive the message. This is, of course, not the obvious action to take, so the users you support may object to having to remember this workaround.
