Problem with Update_FullText_Thread=1

On my test server, I have Update_FullText_Thread=1 in notes.ini and in server tasks, I can see both "Indexer" and "Full text Indexer" task:

Tasks    Activity    CPU Utilization
Full Text Indexer    Idle    0%
Indexer    Idle    0%

On my production server, with Update_FullText_Thread=1 in notes.ini there is no "Full Text Indexer" task:
Copy from notes.ini: UPDATE_FULLTEXT_THREAD=1

Tasks    Activity    CPU Utilization
Indexer    Idle    0,91%

How this can happen and why, does any one have similar problem?!? Of course, to handle this notes.ini variable, Domino server must be restarted, like 99% of actions with Domino :(

On both server, there is only this in log:
12.03.2018 11:30:14   Index update process started:

What version of Domino are you running?

If you are running 9.0.1FP9 then it is likely that the problem you are seeing is nothing to do with the Notes.ini and everything to do with a known issue in FP9 and FT indexes. More info here - http://blog.nashcom.de/nashcomblog.nsf/dx/domino-9.0.1-ft-index-hang-and-potential-crash.htm

If you are running FP9 then you could upgrade to FP10 as this issue is now fixed in FP10... I would advise that you also install the hotfixes for FP10 too...

It is not related to FP9

Thanks for you reply, but this issue is very simple: on test server I have two tasks and on production server I have only one, no matter that same notes.ini variable is used and same version of Domino is installed (8.5.3 FP6 IF18).
