Can you post the crash stack?

Look in the NSD and search for Fatal. Then post that stack. I can see if this is a known issue.

Don't think we've seen this one

There was something similar that was fixed in 9.0, but this is something that it doesn't look like we've seen before. Best bet is to open a PMR so we can investigate.

What you might try....

Looking over the snippet of fatal thread and stack data, it suggests possible issue with LotusScript Editor, which could mean a tabbed reference, script libraries or possibly designer element in focus at time Designer is launched.

What you might try if this is a single machine and client with the issue, is to make sure all Notes tasks are closed, Task Manager shows no reference to active Notes-related tasks, drill down to the Notes\Data folder and rename the Workspace folder.

When you relaunch Notes, it will take a bit longer to open as it needs a bit of time to rebuild the local Workspace folder and cache, then using same steps as before, see if the result reoccurs.

If it does, then agree best to visit this matter with us in a pmr, and we can successfully look at some additional areas with you, such as data collection, client install, script libraries and possibly the designer element in focus at time Designer or Notes Client are opened.
