Ignoring portion of document that uses a feature from another version of Notes.

For a document in a database, we always have the error:

    Ignoring portion of document that uses a feature from another version of Notes.

According to IBM, this error occurs when the Notes client is older than the functionality included in the database

But all our users use version 9.01 (mine too and I got the error)

Why and How can be append?

 

Note: We are abled to open the doc in Web version (but our users does not use this feature)
