Follow-up mini-view and Toolbars issues with 9.0.1

Since upgrading to 9.0.1 Windows 7 64 bit, the Follow-up mini-view is always collapsed. Since 9.0, and in 9.0.1, the Universal toolbar is unchecked when switching between locations.

#1 - Mini view issue -
1a- Did you upgrade Notes before upgrading OS?  If not, before you upgrade OS, Miniview was expanded?
1b - You said 'always' closed.  Do you mean it could not be expanded?
       We have design update for  miniview in R90 to have the twistie to expand or collaps.  When you upgrade to R90, Miniview is collapsed by default.
    Please try to rename -  Data\workspace\.config directory  and see if it will fix the problem

#2 - Tool bar issue - We added  menu for Toolbar display in R90.  Is your setting correspond to your behavior of tool bar?

Item 1 is now working. 2. still issue
#1. After reboot item 1 works with a delay.  Meaning, upon opening everything is shown and a second or two later the mini-view pops into place.   Interesting enough, now a 10th time I tried and the mini-view is closed.  I opened it and now it's working again.  I'll keep testing.

#2 - Toolbar settings.  Works fine except if you switch locations.  Universal becomes unchecked.

The miniview issue is intermittent.
Sometimes I'll notice it's minimized.  It will stay maximized for a while on subsequent opens.  At some point it minimizes.  I'll keep an eye on it.

Deleted Workspace folder and cache
Every so often the miniview still stays minimized.  Using 9.0 mail design.  Will try 9.0.1 template.
