~Alexis QuetjipyterOct 9, 2014, 2:59 PM46 PostsClient Hi Gina I'm using the client apk that comes with the lastest IF6 on my Android (Samsung Galaxy SIII) and I don't have any problem with the attachments. Have you tried with that client instead of the one on Play Store?
~Gus FrokitexyndsOct 9, 2014, 6:07 PM17 PostsTraveler Yes, for those that got the Play Store update, I down graded them and they work fine. its just a pain to deal with because many of our users are outside sales people with NO technical skills at all. LOL

~Vanessa OptoogenodenMar 6, 2016, 3:11 PM22 PostsRE:Traveler for Androids can't open attachmentsGina First, I'd like to clarify some terminology. You mentioned upgrading to "Traveler app on Androids to Build R9.0.1.2". The IBM Notes Traveler app for Android was renamed to "IBM Verse" for Android. The app is based on the same code, but with a new name The app is only available on the Google playstore similar to other IBM apps rather than being shipped with the Traveler fixpacks. The latest version is 9.3.0.0 201601271537. Although there have been multiple announcements concerning the product rebranding, we still find many customers are not aware that the IBM Verse app for Android is the same application. IBM Verse for Android Fixes by Release http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21960325 There have been a few attachment related fixes since Traveler 9.0.1.7 shipped. The current FP level for Traveler is 9.0.1.9. LO87331 Max attachment size in Domino Policy document may not apply to assigned user due to case mismatch. LO86445 Traveler syncs attachments in very small chunks causing mail delays and possible server crash. LO86516 PDF attachment not viewable if missing pdf extension. LO86530 Unnecessary error logging e-mails with attachments with no file name. The full list can be found here. http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21700212 It's difficult just from the limited description to diagnosis the issue. If you continue to experience the issue after applying the latest client and server maintenance, please open a PMR with IBM support and collect the logs using these steps. http://www-01.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSYRPW_9.0.1/UserSynchronizationProblems.dita For Step 4, the recreation, please also include the exact details of the recreation including the who, what, when, and how. For this specific issue, I would suggest sending a new email with an attachment with a unique subject such as "IBM_EMAIL_TEST1_WITH_ATTACH". Please note the exact time the email was synced to the device, and the user's name. Since the attachment cannot be opened on the device, it's also important to collect the TPR from the device with logging enabled at the same time so we can match the device log to the server logs. For issues like these related to specific email content, we also like to collect a dumpdoc of the email to try to reproduce the issue in house. If you need assistance in collecting the logs, our Level 2 support team can provide additional assistance. A very detailed recreation description can expedite the analysis tremendously. Lastest Fix Pack info: IBM Traveler 9019 is now available: http://www.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21974706 Blog post: https://www.ibm.com/developerworks/community/blogs/LotusSupport/entry/Traveler_9019 Note: We did fix and provide ability to detect and repair a problem related to multiple account IDs that goes all the way back to 8.5.3.100.
