Lotus Notes Send Assistant

Has anyone heard of a plugin or addon out there which does this within Notes?

There is a market out there, that might have this, but
based on the limited features listed for this plug-in, below.

I have went thru them one by one, and added where I believe you can get hold of more information, or where I believe you must make a DIY.
