Sooooo enoyed about this program. I have important Email that ends up in my spambox all the time.

I have NO spamfilter  and I push the " release from Spambox " everytime. Even deleted spam emails comes back to spam spambox.

To save my important email I have to do this over and over.

You say "I have NO spamfilter"
Does the company you work for have them on the server though?

Most likely it is a server process moving them to the spam folder.

Notes/Domino by itself will not move things to a SPAM folder.

Spam box

You say "Does the company you work for have them on the server though? " How should I know?

So the server is moving email from my inbox to the spambox?

How should I fix this problem?

Can I remove spambox so I can decide by my self what Emails that are spam or not?

Cheers Rickard

Notes / Domino do not have...
...a 'Spambox' by default. Your problem seems to be related to a 3rd party application.
If you do not know what you are using, who should it know here?

Does your company have an IT department?
I would give them a call.

Re. Spam box

Rickard,

As others have already mentioned, Notes does not come with a "spambox" or "Spam box".  There is the limited ability to "Deliver Sender's Mail to Junk..." under the "More" button in your email (labeled "Block Mail from Sender..." in ver 8.5 mail template).  But this is not an actual spam filter function.  And it puts items in a folder named "Junk", not "spambox".

Sounds like you (or your company, I suppose) have some third-party anti-spam software running that you are not happy with.  You need to contact your company IT support folks about it.  It is not a standard Notes function that you are describing.

Thanks for support

Thanks Mark. That was a realy good answer. My home Company is in Japan and we have realy bad support here in Europé.

I have to Contact some nice administrator in Japan.

Im a end user and not realy understand Notes,

Michael: No I don´t know what we are using and thats why I ask here. Thought it was inside the program.

In my World this is the worse program I ever seen.
