Traveler , BES10.1.1 and Android devices

Hi,

 

I have installed BES10.1.1 , and Taveler 9 on two servers.  Was able to configure BB Z10, am able to send emails, view calendar info, etc, also have Personal and Work profiles on the device.

Created a UDS user profile and tried to configure an Android device.  The BES10 client was installed on the device, am able to see the IT policy, but the ActiveSync profile does not appear on the Profiles tab, also mails did not synchronize.  

 

UDS ActiveSync Profile:

Credentials: None

Domain: Blank

Email Address: %UserEmailAddress%

Host name or ip address: host name of our server

Username: %DisplayName%

Use SSL was checked

 

Created an IT Policy - enabling only the password settings

Created a workspace profile: have set the password for the work space

Created a user and added the IT policy, activesync and workspace profile for the user.

Am able to configure the device with the relevant user name, and the IT policy appears, but emails do no sync.

 

Please let me know how to get the profiles, emails on android device.  Also, for iOS devices (am yet to try this).
