Replacing design option not available

I am trying to replace the design on a notes database for a client and they have v9 installed.  When I click on File, Application, there is no option for Replace Design.  They only have the client installed, not designer as well, is this why replace design is not available? Or is there something else I need to do

Take a look at this...

The "Replace Design" opton is considered an 'advanced menu option'.  By default on All Client installs, the Advanced Menus are enabled, hower,on Notes-only install, they are not.

Take a look at the following technote and try ini if assists you on your task.
