Blackberry Traveler issues

We are using Blackberry Q5 devices to connect using Lotus Traveler to the mail databases. A very few are working fine, but the bulk of the Blackberry devices can not be connected via traveler. We receive the following errors in the log of Domino:

Request: OPTIONS /Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync HTTP/1.1
Status: 400 BAD REQUEST (Syntax problem in the request or it could not be satisfied)

followed by:

Request: POST /Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync?Cmd=Provision&DeviceType=BlackBerry&User=name%40domain.com&DeviceId=XXXXXXXXXX HTTP/1.1
Status: 400 BAD REQUEST (Syntax problem in the request or it could not be satisfied)
Decoded query: Cmd=Provision

We are using Lotus Domino to v9.0.1, Traveler to v9.0.1 and the Blackberry OS to latest version v10.2.0.424 (10.2.0.1791)

Current state is that a few BB devices are working, but the bulk is not working. We can not configure these BlackBerry devices to Lotus Traveler and we are looking for suggestions or hints to get rid of the messages above.

Newer versions of BB10 will only connect via https, not http. I see "http" in the error message you posted.

Thanks Lance, Changing the replication settings for the unread marks to All Servers did the trick. It took very long time (3 to 4 hours) before it worked. Anyhow happy users again.
