Browser plugin does not support email, we know that. However, what is the proposed way to replace existing mail functionality? IBM says - use iNotes. This is fine as long as we can replace existing mail functionality in our application with iNotes, but no one has told us how to do it. I asked this in the beta forum with no reaction. I am wondering what IBM advises for this? I got a custom CRM application that can compose emails in the mail database and display it to the user to type in the content and send - how do I do the same using the browser plugin?
