We are facing an issue regarding email contacts, i will explain below.

We have a contact / group entry like " noc " one of our college collaborate with different vendors and they also have noc@domain.com address. So now he have " noc " group name in global directory and different " noc@domain.com " email entries in either recent or local address book.

We noticed that he sends an email to " noc " company group but after sending he check in his sent items that mail has been sent to some vendor " noc@domain.com " address.

Every time we tried this it happens again & again untill we remove the entry from recent / local address book. But this is not the solution as vendor address will be added again due to regular correspondence.

Is there any settings or fix through we will make sure that mails should be sent to proper address or tells us multiple address when sending emails.
