Unable to send email with attachment when connected to WIFI

Hi All,

I have a traveler server accessed from several different offices in different countries.

In a specific country when users are connected to WIFI and try to send an email with an attachment, they get an error message saying 'Cannot Send Mail the message was rejected by the server'.

The devices used are all iOS.

On the Domino Console I see the following error: "WARNING Request is empty and command SendMail is expected to have a body"

Messages sent without an attachment work fine from the office in question and messages send with an attachment send fine from other locations / WIFI networks.

There is little information about this error and none of what I have found seems to apply.

So far, I don't believe that it is an issue with my Traveler configuration or the devices in the office in question.

I am leaning towards it being a problem in the office's network or ISP but I'm finding it hard to point the local Administrator in the right direction.

Has anyone out there experienced a similar issue?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

- TB
