oneuiv3.0.2 not installed

After installing Domino 9.0, there is no "OneUI V3.0.2" option for the Application Theme under Xsp Properties. I could not find any folder related to oneuiv3.0.2 in \data\domino\html\ (but oneuiv2 and onuiv2.1 are there).

Is oneuiv3.0.2 available out of box or do I need any configuration after installing Domino 9.0?

It is available
OneUI v3.0.2 is available in Domino 9.0 as a preview. It is delivered as a plugin so you will not be able to find it in the data\domino\html directory. If you enter oneuiv3.0.2 to the Application Theme property you should see the new theme render.
