Usually it occurs on Domino running over OS IBMi or Linux if the owner of Transactional Logging has no the right permissions. On TN below there are some additional information: PANIC: Unexpected internal error returned to logger: 0x204A2010 http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21654111 Probably some permission is not properly configured on your OS.
