Office365 to IBM Notes Migration

I am riding against the wave.

I require to migrate about 1000 users from Office365 to IBM Notes. The users are not suing Outlook at present time and they are on web based emails only.

- I supposed I need a way to download everyone's .pst files from Offive365

- Convert .pst to .nsf using nupgrade.exe

If anyone have a better solution, do you mind to share, or maybe recommend a product to help me 

I have spent a bit of time Googling, all I could find is migration to Office365, not the other way around.

Successful experiences
I've had success in the past both with the built-in migration tool (nupgrade.exe) as well as the Binary Tree CMT tools (see wiki link in Chad's response).
