Reply or Forward with History does not work in IBM Notes Traveler on Android

I have a user that came to me with an interesting issue, and I cannot find anything about it, so here goes:

In the past the user was able to Reply, Reply All or Forward email with History, and the History would send to the receiver, and the receiver could see the history.  As of late when the user replies or forwards the email with history.  It shows on the sender's end, but when the receiver receives it, there is no history.  We have un-installed and re-installed the app and we have rebooted and shutdown and booted, and have not found anything.  We have clicked Respond Inline and that works but there is also this huge trail of email addresses to come along with it on the receiver end.

 

We tried this with another user, using the same version of Traveler, but newer version of Galaxy S5, and she had no issues with this.  

 

I have looked online and have not seen anyone else with this issue.  Any one know anything about this?

backup and factory reset?
I tried forward and reply over here on an android huawei prism II and the history was retained on the recipient's end both times, so I suspect it's something specific on the phone in question.

To narrow it down further, I'd recommend backing up your S4 where you're seeing the issue and then a full reset to factory condition, then installing traveler and attempting the same operation. That will tell you whether there is something going on with the Galaxy in its pristine state or if it has something to do with what happened to it since. Once you're done, a restore will get the phone back to how the end user had the phone before the "experiment".

What version of the Android app and what version of the Server are you using?

I've got no user complaints here with the latest android app (9.0.1.3 201501131113) running against Domino 9.0.1 FP2 HF591.  The poster in the other thread says they have problems but are using the current app against an 8.5.3 server.  Are also using the latest app with an older server?  If so, it is possible to use an older version of the app, just not from the Google Play Store.
