IMSMO 2.0.0.1 - Cannot see Rooms when creating meetings

We have an IMSMO 2.0.0.1 environment set up with Outlook 2016 clients connecting to it. Things work well, however when we plan a meeting and search for an available meeting room through the "Find room" button in Outlook we are not able to find any room at all. We see all of the R&R sites (several dozens) but whatever site we choose, and no matter the date/hour chosen we always get the same message "No room is available according to the searching criteria" (even when we know there are slots free from looking at the R&R database in Notes).

Any idea what might be wrong/missing?

Thanks,

Mathieu

DAS and Internet Address

Mathieu,

Have you checked that 'freebusy' is activated in Domino Access Services?

And have you assigned Internet addresses for all your meeting rooms?

DAS OK - internet address OK
Hi Thomas,

Thanks for your help.

Freebusy service is active indeed on the internet site document.

Our resources globally don't have internet addresses (yet) but we created a few for testing WITH an internet address. Even those last ones are not available.

Regards,

Mathieu

Open a support ticket
Triaging and resolving this is likely to take more time than I have available for the near term so I recommend you open a support ticket with Technical Support.  That way the L2 or L3 team can quickly help you get your issue resolved.
