FP7 seems to fix IMAP and SMTP client issues

After installing 9.0.1 FP7 I'm finally able to use my Notes Client for pulling mail from [non-Domino] IMAP servers and sending mail directly to the Internet. As some have reported, this capability had been lost starting with FP4.
