Will this affect Traveler push email delivery to IOS devices?

As far as I can tell from previous issues with APNS this will only affect ToDo Push - Is this correct?

I assume that once the POODLE/TLS fixes are available to Domino this will resolve this issue?

Re: Apple dropping support for SSL 3.0 on push notification servers, requiring TLS by Octo...
Traveler will not be impacted by the upcoming change that Apple has announced for its Apple Push Notification Service https://developer.apple.com/news/?id=10222014a.

Traveler already uses TLS for this connection which will remain supported by APNS.

This is true for all versions of Traveler that use APNS, including:

IBM Notes Traveler 8.5.3 Upgrade Pack 2
IBM Notes Traveler 9.0.0.1
IBM Notes Traveler 9.0.1

And yes, at this time, APNS is only used for push messages sent to the IBM Traveler ToDo application.  No other apps would be receiving messages from the Traveler server via APNS.
