Documents has to many paragraphs...

Good Morning

When I try to open some mail I receive the error "document has to many.. It must be split in several document" the client hung and after It crash

I Have this issue on client "Revision 20130309.0942 (Release 9.0)" and even on Lotus 20110916.0921 (Release 8.5.3) 

 

Pls help me :-)
