What is the future of (Lotus) IBM Notes ?

Hi,

Former consultant and developer for Lotus Notes, I am still using the Notes client for my emails.
I am trying to follow up on what is going on in this area but it is not clear :

1. Is 9.0.1 FP5 a joke ?
According to Fix list d/b, it has only 5 bugs fixed

2. Although 9.0.2 has 251 SPR's, there is no release announced.

So, what is the future (if any) of Notes ?
Will Notes 10 exist anytime ? what is the status of IBM Verse ?

It might not be the right place to talk about it, but I was enable to find anything on the subject on Google :-)

Any information welcome.

No idea

IBM has been showing slides at conferences showing things going to 2017 I believe...  there was just a blog post on this my Chris Miller...

FP4 just came out not that long ago...  so I wouldn't expect FP5 to have a ton yet...

9.0.2 is coming I'm sure... just don't know when..  IBM I believe does have a release plan I think... Just not shared yet that I know of.

I have absolutely no interest in Verse... so don't know anything about that...

Really sick about hearing about "Verse"...Is there going to be a Notes 10?  That's all I want to know.
