Installing 901FP4 returned JVM to SR16 FP2 ?

I have just upgraded my Domino 9.0.1.3 HF515 JVM(SR16 FP4) Win 64 Server with the latest Fix pack 4.  This Server is also running the latest Traveler 9015.

From the 'More Info' page, I believe this should have the JVM(SR16 FP4) built in.

At the end of the insatallation I got a message saying JVM not update (which I was not surprised by as I was already at SR16 FP4).

While doing my post install check Domino was running fine, Traveler was running fine.

But when I checked the JVM it had been reverted back to "pwa6460sr16fp2ifix-20141203_1 (SR16 FP2)" !!

I have now re-applied 9.0.1.3_Server_w64_JVM_Patch_20150506_083936 to get back to JVM (SR16 FP4)

I hope this helps someone

Did not see this happen
I upgraded a 32 bit Domino with FP3, the March 25 JVM and the latest IF to FP4.  The JVM stayed at SR16 and has a later date now.

Something likely had a handle to the JVM directory
We've seen this if explorer or command prompt is open to JVM directory. The goal of the fixpack install is to revert you to base 9.0.1, then apply the cumulative 9.0.1 FP4 in 2 steps behind the scenes:
step 1 - Upgrade all the Domino binaries

step 2 - Patch the JVM

For troubleshooting step 2, Details about the cause of the failure can be found in <Notes/Domino program directory>\jvmpatcher.log.

I just applied 901FP4 on my 901FP3 server and all went well.
