Maximum Number of concurrently Open Objects

I can not open my IBM Mailbox if i click on the mailbox as i get following error.

" Maximum number of concurrently open objects has been exceeded "

i would suggest to restart the server.
Suggestion:
1. Drop all
2. restart the server.
