Traveler not working after upgrade

I upgrade my Notes Traveler from 9.0.1.0.20130809 to Traveler 9.0.1.5 (on a Domino 9.0.1 FP2 server) and now clients cannot connect to the server.

The log file shows:

HTTP JVM: 27215 [Traveler-USERNAME] INFO - Traveler: IBM Traveler task did not respond.  Verify that the task is started.  Client request denied for USERNAME.

I've restarted both the traveler and http task.  I've restarted the whole server, but it does it every time.  I've even reinstalled Traveler on the server.

Hello, JJ.

You may open a PMR for this issue as we have many things to look at as why that message is prompting.

You may also consider upgrading your Traveler server to 9018 (latest version) to pick up additional fixes. Please see the links below:
