HI All,

I am using Sametime Embedded Client version "9.0.1". Notes Release 9.0.1FP9 SHF55. Today my Notes crashed and had to re-install to fix. Post this I am facing weird issues (two to be precise).

1. The fonts in the chat window (after I have typed and hit enter) are super small. But the other LN fonts are all good.ST font selected is Tahoma 9 which should be appropriate and I have been using this for years.

2. Once I type a msg and hit the enter button (or send the msg) the chat window shows the below

Debapratim Chakraborty [6:25:01 PM] writes...

Now let's say Mr. X has replied, it then shows

X [6:25:02 PM] writes... This is one thing I have never seen before . Earlier the sent time used to be in the right side of the window and "writes..." was never there.

In Preferences I have tried selecting and then removing the Show --> timestamp option, no luck.

Any suggestions pls?

Thnkx in Advance.

Have you updated Internet Explorer?
Running any addins in your browser?

Have you tried contacting your internal IBM support to make sure you aren't missing any hotfixes for the IBM deployment?

Hi Carl,

Nope did not update IE post re-installation of notes, well addins were always there.

Internal IT support, yes will contact them, but was trying to figure out the reason myself. Actually I was a LN Admin years back, some of these wired unknown  issues still intrigue me.
