Do you have verbose logging in place?

If not, you can run "set config ADMINP_VERBOSE_POLL_TASK=2"  at the Domino administrator console, restart the adminp task, and then re-run "tell adminp process mail policy".  Also, try running the command against a specific mail file to see if it works.

Please post a larger fragment of the log...

The first part of the message "tell admip error in names.nsf" makes no sense as adminp isn't even spelled right.  Maybe an overwrite on the console?

@Jay  thank  you  for your answer  I will  try  this and let you know if it works

@Mark  it's just a typing error   the right error from  the server console  is  " [13178:00007-3828893440] 11/16/2016 10:08:22 AM  Admin Process: Path: names.nsf: Unable to interpret Time or Date"
