Which version of Domino?

Hi Howard,

Onto which version of Domino are you applying this JVM patch? The JVM versions that are listed in your question imply that you are attempting to patch a 1.6 JVM with the 1.8 JVM patch.

Starting with Domino 9.0.1FP8, the JVM should be version 1.8, and the output you included in your question points to the 9.0.1FP7 version (JVM 1.6) as the installed JVM on your system instead. If you are still running Domino 9.0.1 FP7, you will need to upgrade the server to FP8 before applying the new patch.
