Backup Solution for Not-For-Profit Suggestions?

As a non-profit, we rely heavily on TechSoup.org for all software licensing. This has worked great for backups, as Symantec (and now Veritas) offer their backup product very heavily discounted. With the latest version of Backup Exec 16 however, IBM Lotus support is dropped, rendering any new server installations useless to us.

Keeping in mind that we purchase based mostly on cost and donations from partners like TechSoup.org, does anyone have suggestions for reasonably priced backup solutions? We do also backup a few Windows Desktops and Laptops on our Windows domain as well.. so that functionality, while not a deal breaker, is desired.

Is it possible to backup the data with Domino offline using the products available to you under TechSoup?  This would be backing up Domino at the file level.
