Hi All

We have an existing O365 setup with one of our domains (Domain1). People's Outlook client is configured for access to O365 and it all works fine.

We then added IMSMO 2.0.2.6 to the user's PC as they need to connect to another domain (Domain2) that is hosted with Domino. Everything seems to be running fine EXCEPT when the User2 tries to email User1 in Domain1 (using the SMTP address) via their User2's Domain2 email account in Exchange, the domino server rejects the message with the following error:

DELIVERY FAILURE: User /o=ExchangeLabs/ou=Exchange Administrative Group (XXXXXX1111)/cn=Recipients/cn=XXXXXX1111-user (/o=ExchangeLabs/ou=Exchange Administrative Group (XXXXXX1111)/cn=Recipients/cn=XXXXXX1111

This looks to me like the email is being sent to the internal O365 address rather than the SMTP address.

Note: XXXXXX1111 is substituting O365 identifiers.

Has anyone else had this issue? It occurs with all 5 of the users who have the above setup.
