We had a mail server with inotes, then installed a imso server and moved the users to have this as mail server in person doc and now users are not able to archive from inotes. I check the configuration doc but its the same as the old one. We want the users to be able to access the old archives on the old mail server or move archives to the new one.

But since creating a new user on the imso server the user is not able to archive, does the imsmo server have limitations? the user able to access the server docs by browser so the user do at least have read access to names.nsf.
