HTTP task not functioning after upgrade

After the upgrade from 8.5.3 to 9.0 the task HTTP on the server is not loaded.

I-ve tried to load it, but this is the result>

> load http

16/04/2013 12:02:06 HTTP Server: Using Internet Site Configuration View
16/04/2013 12:02:07 JVM: The JVM runtime library could not be found.
16/04/2013 12:02:07 JVM: Java Virtual Machine failed to start
16/04/2013 12:02:07 HTTP Server: Error Loading Java Virtual Machine
16/04/2013 12:02:07 HTTP Server: JVM: Missing entrypoint in JVM runtime library.
16/04/2013 12:02:08 HTTP Server: Shutdown

Any solution?

This is for R8.5, but as this JVM error is (fairly) common when upgrading between versions, it may fix your problem?: http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21399224

Was Domino server running by any chance?

If this is the case your DominoInstall.log (located in your Domino program directory) - will have multiple messages like this "could not upgrade file because it is in use by other process" - or to that point.
You will have to stop server and re-install.
